[Above facility user rates include liability insurance premiums, use of ICHall, Foyer, Restrooms, and Kitchen for up to eight (8) hours, with an additional charge of $50.00 for each hour over eight (4) hours].

In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, Lessor does hereby demise and lease to Lessee, and Lessee does hereby lease the building(s) located on the church premises situated on 16602 FM 624, Robstown, Texas, and more commonly referred to as the “ ________________________________.” Each party hereto waives a more detailed premises were description of property and each agrees to bound by these terms, the same as if said premises were described more fully by metes and bound. These premises are referred to in this Agreement as “the premises” or “the leased premises.”

Registered and Contributing Members: $180.00 (Non-refundable)
Non-Contributing Registered Members: $ 40.00

[Above rates include liability insurance premiums, cleaning and set-up costs, use of IC Foyer, Restrooms, and Kitchen for up to four (4) hours, with an additional charge of $50.00 for each hour over four (4) hours].
Maximum Occupancy for Foyer is 50 persons.
**NO REFUNDS shall be given due to circumstances beyond the control of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church or the IC Hall Committee (i.e., power outages, a/c mechanical failures, natural disasters, etc.).

Some examples: Steering clear of using the Lord’s name in vain in a heated debate. Honoring mothers and fathers (and daughters and sons and sisters and brothers and so on). Telling the truth, gently, even though it may hurt. Family members who fight for personal victory miss out on how great it feels to work through a struggle together, and win as a team.
