[Above rates include liability insurance premiums, cleaning and set-up costs, use of IC Foyer, Restrooms, and Kitchen for up to four (4) hours, with an additional charge of $50.00 for each hour over four (4) hours]. 
  
Maximum Occupancy for Foyer is 50 persons. 
**NO REFUNDS shall be given due to circumstances beyond the control of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church or the IC Hall Committee (i.e., power outages, a/c mechanical failures, natural disasters, etc.).
