[Above facility user rates include liability insurance premiums, use of ICHall, Foyer, Restrooms, and Kitchen for up to eight (8) hours, with an additional charge of  $50.00 for each hour over eight (4) hours]. 
  
Maximum Occupancy capacity for IC Hall and foyer is 300 persons.

**NO REFUNDS shall be given due to circumstances beyond the control of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church or the IC Hall Committee (i.e., power outages, a/c mechanical failures, natural disasters, etc.).
